2.1. All orders placed through our website are subject to availability and acceptance.
2.2. Prices are listed in South African Rands (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.

2.4. Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
2.5. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.

- Orders over R400 qualify for free shipping.
- Orders under R400 incur a R79 shipping fee.

4.1. If you are not satisfied with your fragrance, we offer free exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order.
4.2. The product must be in almost-good-as-new condition and not be less than 80% full.

4.4. We do not offer refunds, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.
4.5. If your product arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 48 hours for assistance.
